A few years ago, when I was in Austria, during my morning walk I stopped at a café for a coffee☕️. And in this café I saw a basket with different kinds of bread. The owner of the cafe was there at the time. And I asked about this basket. He told me that these flour products are made in this cafe and these products are without any additives. The next day I went to the cafe again and asked the owner to give me the recipe. And said that if he give me the recipe of this bread I will be grateful to him for life. He agreed and I went to him for several days and he taught me.
When I came to Azerbaijan I tried to make this bread in small MyDom which was in Icherisheher. And finally I realized that it is impossible to get that taste of bread from our flour. One day we were making bread again and I had a lot of spices on hand. At one point I went and added these spices to the dough. We waited for the dough to rise. The bread was incredible. Everyone in the kitchen with me didn't believe it would work.
But in the little restaurant, we baked bread every day. And they were instantly bought.
During the pandemic, I witnessed people clashing over bread in the store.
That's why I decided to open Bakery by MyDom, where they bake different kinds of flour products. There are baskets of different breads as well. You can buy these baskets when you go to visit.
